Sitting atop the quiet Fawnskin area, this home overlooks the town of Fawnskin and Big Bear Lake with Mount San Gorgonio in the background. It's quiet in Fawnskin, but you're still only minutes away from skiing at Bear Mountain Resorts, coffee shops, the NEW Alpine Zoo, restaurants, shopping and all that Big Bear has to offer!

 As you enter, you'll find a comfortable Great Room with a fireplace & kitchen with a center island and a huge dining area. This offers a cozy gathering place for dining and relaxing by the fireplace. The 3rd story loft has two bedrooms, a full bath, Ping pong, air hockey, doll houses, and carroms. Downstairs are two bedrooms and another bath. There is a large back deck with a view of the lake and plenty of seating, BBQ, and a horseshoe pit for enjoyment.

 With 5 bedrooms and a lot of space, you will find a total of 11 beds, from bunks to Kings, to accommodate a large group or family. This is an exceptional spot to spend your Big Bear getaway. Anyone staying here will make memories to last a lifetime.

Other Details

ON-SITE PARKING IN DRIVEWAY


1. Fires and Firewood - *(If Applicable) 

a) Firewood for the indoor fireplaces is not provided. Please be prepared to purchase wood upon arrival in any of the markets and grocery stores in town.

B) No campfires, fire pits or open charcoal fires are allowed outside. 

2. Pets & Service Animals 

Pets are not permitted, however Service animals will be accommodated as provided by law. All service animals, and emotional support animals MUST be brought to  managements attention prior to reservation confirmation. All animals are expected to remain off furniture and beds. All animals are expected to be fully housebroken and animal excrements of any kind are grounds for subsequent fees. The guest listed on the reservation is liable for any damages left by said animals. At no time is the animal permitted to be left unaccompanied at the property per County ordinance. Excessive barking is subject to fines from County of San Bernardino and the Named guest is responsible for any fees or fines incurred due to the animal be it by way of housekeeping, County Ordinance violation, Maintenance for damages, or any other liability the animal creates. Failing to adhere to any of these rules subjugates the guest to forfeiture of the security deposit, incur added fees, eviction, and cancellation of the reservation without refund or notice.


3. Barbeque  - propane is provided by the management company.

4. Smoking

a) Home is NON-SMOKING on the inside
b) Smoking is permitted on property outside, however Guest(s) must properly dispose of butts or any other smoking materials.

5. Noise

In order to lessen the incidents of noise violations, this cabin has instituted "Quiet Hours" from 10 PM to 7 AM. This means that no unreasonable amount of noise is permissible that can be heard from off the property.

6. Security

For your security there is an active exterior Ring camera on the front door and all activity may be recorded.


7. Identification

All guests are required to submit a photo ID upon check in. The ID must match the name of the reserving party. If your name differs from that of your Airbnb account please let us know ahead of time to we have time to address the concern. Refunds are not issued due to lack of appropriate identifying credentials. Acceptable forms of ID are government issued picture ID's, Drivers Licenses, Passports, State ID's, International picture ID's, and other picture ID's upon prior approval. This is a mandated by the County of San Bernardino and unfortunately we are not able to make exceptions.
