ON-SITE PARKING IN DRIVEWAY - PETS ARE ALLOWED
1. Fires and Firewood - *(If Applicable)
a) Firewood for the indoor fireplaces is not provided. Please be prepared to purchase wood upon arrival in any of the markets and grocery stores in town.
B) No campfires, fire pits or open charcoal fires are allowed outside.
2. Barbeque - propane is provided by the management company
3. Cabin is non-smoking inside
a) Smoking is permitted on property outside, however Guest(s) must properly dispose of butts or any other smoking materials. Smoking is prohibited in the National Forest.
4. Identification
All guests are required to submit a photo ID upon check in. The ID must match the name of the reserving party. Refunds are not issued due to lack of appropriate identifying credentials. Acceptable forms of ID are government issued picture ID's, Drivers Licenses, Passports, State ID's, International picture ID's, and other picture ID's upon prior approval. This is a mandated by the City of Big Bear and unfortunately we are not able to make exceptions.
