This is a great cabin with lots of charm. It has a nice front porch and a back deck for BBQs. The cabin is spacious and has two fireplaces. The yard is fenced. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.


Hamilton's Pinon Place is a truly beautiful and spacious mountain home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and comfortable sleeping for 6. The master bedroom provides a king sized bed next to the cozy gas fireplace and large TV. The second bedroom provides a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top. In the living room the sofa opens up to provide a really nice queen-sized bed. The living area is spacious and the beautiful kitchen provides all the amenities you want if you're preparing a holiday meal for the family.
Outside there is a wonderful large deck with a gas barbecue. This is the perfect spot for relaxing in the mountain sunshine and having a fun barbecue with family and friends. 1. Fires and Firewood - *(If Applicable)
a) Firewood for the indoor fireplaces is not provided. Please be prepared to purchase wood upon arrival in any of the markets and grocery stores in town.
B) No campfires, fire pits or open charcoal fires are allowed outside.
2. Barbeque - propane is provided by the management company
3. Hot Tub - *(If Applicable)
a) No children under the age of 14 are permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.
4. Cabin is non-smoking inside
a) Smoking is permitted on property outside, however Guest(s) must properly dispose of butts or any other smoking materials. Smoking is prohibited in the National Forest.
5. Noise Monitoring
In order to lessen the incidents of noise violations, this cabin is equipped with interior and exterior noise sensors. There is one sensor inside the cabin and one outside. Please DO NOT REMOVE or RELOCATE these sensors as they are programmed to alert us if the noise level is above the allowed decibel level per county and city ordinance. It is NOT a recording device so you can rest assured we are not monitoring our guests' conversations. Your comfort and privacy are of utmost importance to us and we value and protect your privacy.
6. Pets & Service Animals
Pets are permitted at the property upon approval on a case by case basis. All pets, service animals, and emotional support
animals should be brought to the rental service's attention prior to reservation confirmation. All service animals are expected to remain off furniture and beds. All service animals are expected to be fully housebroken and animal excrements of any kind are grounds for subsequent fees. The guest listed on the reservation is liable for any damages left by said animal. At no time is the animal permitted to be left unaccompanied at the property per City of Big Bear ordinance. Excessive barking is subject to fines from the City of Big Bear and the Named guest is responsible for any fees or fines incurred due to the animal be it by way of housekeeping, City Ordinance violation, Maintenance for damages, or any other liability the animal creates. Failing to adhere to any of these rules subjugates the guest to forfeiture of the security deposit, incur added fees, eviction, and cancellation of the reservation without refund or notice.
7. Identification
All guests are required to submit a photo ID upon check in. The ID must match the name of the reserving party. If your name differs from that of your Airbnb account please let us know ahead of time to we have time to address the concern. Refunds are not issued due to lack of appropriate identifying credentials. Acceptable forms of ID are government issued picture ID's, Drivers Licenses, Passports, State ID's, International picture ID's, and other picture ID's upon prior approval. This is a mandated by the City of Big Bear and unfortunately we are not able to make exceptions.
